Each certificate details your stone's cut, clarity, colour, and carat. You can verify authenticity yourself by entering the certificate number directly on the lab's website.

All our gold and silver is 100% recycled, reflecting our commitment to responsible production. Our operations are independently assessed through amfori BSCI and Sedex SMETA, and we are Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certified.

We offer gold in 9K, 10K, 14K, and 18K purities, giving you options to suit your style, preference, and lifestyle:

• 9K (37.5% pure / 375 fineness) — durable and an accessible choice for everyday wear
• 10K (41.7% pure / 417 fineness) — durable and well-suited for everyday wear
• 14K (58.5% pure / 585 fineness) — a balance of purity, durability, and everyday wearability
• 18K (75% pure / 750 fineness) — richer in gold content with a luxurious finish

Our gold is available in yellow, white, and rose gold, depending on the design. Every piece is BIS hallmarked with HUID verification for assured purity and authenticity. Select designs are also available in Platinum 950.

We also offer sterling silver finished with 18K gold plating.

All our gold and silver is 100% recycled. Our atelier is amfori BSCI assessed, Sedex SMETA audited, and RJC certified — because purity should apply to our practices, not just our metals.

Every AMOLIH piece passes through a rigorous multi-stage inspection:

Custom fonts and special requests? No extra charge.

Note: Engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

15-day returns on non-personalised pieces.

Simply initiate a return request with our concierge team. Return the piece in its original, unworn condition with all tags, laboratory certificates, and packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Exclusions: Personalised, bespoke, and engraved items are custom-crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective under our 1-year warranty.

Customised pieces are not eligible for return, as they are made especially for you and are not part of our standard collection.

Once your return has been received and approved by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

1-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects — loose or missing stones, setting issues, clasps, closures, and structural problems.

Not covered: Normal wear and tear, scratches, theft, modifications, or damage from improper care.

Something wrong? Send us photos and a short video. If it's a defect, we'll repair or replace it — no cost to you.

While our pieces are made to high standards, regular exposure to water, soap, and other chemicals can affect their finish over time. Taking a little extra care will help keep your jewellery looking beautiful for longer.
